Street closures for the Sunny Brae Legion Remembrance Day procession 2024-11-07

Location: Broadway Street, Massey Avenue, and Peter Street 

Date: Monday, Nov. 11

Time: From approximately 10:45 a.m. to 11 a.m. and approximately 12 p.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Traffic impact: At approximately 10:45 a.m., traffic will be held to allow the procession to make its way from the Sunny Brae Legion, 164 Broadway St., to the Remembrance Day ceremony. The ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. at Sunny Brae Park, 85 Massey Ave.

Following the conclusion of the ceremony, traffic will be held until approximately 12 p.m. to allow the procession to return to the Sunny Brae Legion.

Each procession is expected to last approximately 15 minutes. Streets will be reopened as the procession passes.
