Traffic impact: 

• Full closure of Park Street from Capitol Avenue to Cameron Street from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
• Full closure of Park Street from Cameron Street to Weldon Street from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
